HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? |

our office toll free at 1-888-411-4851 or email sales@summitcaststone.com.
We will then fax or email the cost of the mantel,
optional items such as hearths or overmantels, any
customizing required, crate and shipping costs. As
soon as you are ready to start production on your order
just send in your deposit. |
| 2.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MANTEL? |
| The
average time frame after placing your order is 4 to 6
weeks. If you are in a rush, we will do whatever
we can to accommodate your time frame. |
| 3.
WHO CAN INSTALL MY MANTEL? |
| An
experienced Masonry contractor is the best choice.
Our technical support staff is always available to
answer any questions you might have. |
| 4.
DO WE NEED TO SEAL OUR CAST STONE? |
| No.
Cast Stone is made to look and feel like Natural
Limestone and needs no sealer or finish, however, it can
be sealed to discourage water based stains with products
used to seal natural limestone. |
| 5.
WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE? |
| Our
standard colors are Cream and Buff. Color samples
can be sent to you if needed. |
| 6.
WHAT IF THE MANTEL SIZE DOES NOT FIT MY FIREBOX? |
| In
most cases the mantel can be manufactured to fit your
firebox size. Just call our office for more
information. |
| 7.
IS THERE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY? |
| Yes.
Should one of your stone pieces be broken during
shipping we will replace it free of charge within two
weeks. We handle all claims against shipper.
All Mantels are warranted to be free of defects with the
exception of natural color variations inherent in the
production of Cast Stone. |
| 8.
HOW IS MANTEL DELIVERED? |
| All
mantels are shipped by common carrier to almost
everywhere in the continental United States. In
most cases the trucking company uses a lift gated truck
for deliver, but this is not always possible. The
truck driver will not take the crate off truck, so you
will need to have equipment and men available to unload
from the truckers tail gate. In some rural or
residential areas large trucks are not allowed;
therefore the customer may have to arrange secondary
delivery. If you are not ready for shipment at the
date specified on your invoice, we will hold your order
up to four weeks, provided the order is paid in full. |
