TO PLACE ORDER: |
| Call
or fax us to let us know which fireplace surround you
want to order, along with exact size. Also,
indicate your color choice of Cream or Buff.
Please include your name, address, phone and/or fax
number, and shipping address. |
| 2.
QUOTE: |
| Our
office will mail or fax a purchase order form to you,
which will include shipping and crating charges. |
| 3.
PAYMENT TERMS: |
| A
50% deposit along with your signed purchase order will
be necessary to begin production. Orders can not
be cancelled once production has started. The
balance of your order is due just prior to shipment, or
the balance can be collected C.O.D.; however, freight
companies charge an extra fee for C.O.D. All major
credit cards are accepted. |
| 4.
PRODUCTION: |
| Allow
4 to 8 weeks for production. We will advise you of
approximate delivery date at time of order. If you
are in a rush for your order please advise us and we
will do what we can to accommodate your time frame. |
| 5.
HOLDING: |
| If
you are not ready for shipment when production of your
Cast Stone Product is completed, Summit Cast Stone will
hold your order for up to four weeks. In order for
us to do this your balance must be paid in full. |
| 6.
DELIVERY: |
| All
orders are produced and shipped from our factory in San Angelo,
Texas, by common carriers to almost everywhere in the
Continental United States. Your truck driver will
not take the crate off the truck for you. Some
trucks have lift gates, but this is not always the case
and it is your responsibility to have three or four
people available to unload from the truckers tail
gate. Forklifts are ideal for unloading crates. |
| 7.
INSPECTION OF ORDER: |
| Crates
and Cast Stone products should be inspected upon delivery.
Any apparent or concealed shipping damage must be noted on shipping
ticket and we must be contacted immediately; otherwise,
the shipment is considered acceptable. Summit Cast
Stone will replace any broken stones at no charge within
two weeks from delivery date. Save all broken
stone and all packaging material so we can make a claim
against the freight company. |
| 8.
WARRANTY: |
| Summit
Cast Stone products are warranted to be free from defect
except those related to the natural color variation
inherent in the production of Cast Stone. Any
defective stones will be replaced. |
| 9.
INSTALLATION: |
| Cast
Stone mantels are normally installed by an
experienced stone mason. We accept no
responsibility for installation or liability in regards
to the use of outside contractors or damaged pieces in
the installation process. |

10.
SALES TAX:
|
|
Texas
sales tax - 8.25%. No other states are taxable.
